Bo\"\"rn in 1962 Tatiana Lysak-Polischuk lives and works between Paris and St.<\/span> Petersburg. She began to exhibit her works in Europe during her years of study at the<\/span> St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Fine Arts. Since 1989, her paintings have been a great<\/span> success at auctions in Paris, Munich, Brussels and Moscow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tatiana\u2019s works spread some light on complex themes like separation of the finite and the infinite<\/span> as well as the individual and the world. She creates her own rules in order to remove contradictions<\/span> and resolve antitheses, collecting them into a single whole whilst shrinking the distance between the<\/span> subject and the object. It\u2019s through the combination of various techniques and thorough work with<\/span> color and texture that the artist achieves deep expressiveness and emotional fullness within her<\/span> images. Heart and mind, thoughtfulness and impulsivity complement each other and create a strong<\/span> link between forms, dictated by both feelings and reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tatiana is a member of the Association of Painters of the Marais (since 2018), the Association of<\/span> Artists in Normandy (since 2017), the Taylor Foundation (since 2015), the Russian Academy of<\/span> Natural Sciences (since 2008), the St. Petersburg Union of Artists (since 1994) and the Union of<\/span> Russian Artists (since 1994). Her works are in numerous private and public collections in Russia<\/span> and Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n
